  • Beds made with fresh linens (if provided)

  • All furniture dusted and wiped

  • Nightstands, dressers, and shelving cleaned

  • Mirrors spot-cleaned

  • Lamps, décor, and wall art dusted

  • Trash emptied and relined

  • Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

Kitchen

  • Countertops and backsplashes cleaned and sanitized

  • Sink scrubbed and polished

  • Exterior of appliances wiped

  • Inside of microwave cleaned

  • Stove top wiped and spot-cleaned

  • Cabinet fronts wiped (high-touch areas)

  • Table and chairs cleaned

  • Trash emptied and relined

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

  • Mirrors cleaned and streak-free

  • Countertops cleaned and sanitized

  • Sinks scrubbed and polished

  • Faucets and fixtures polished

  • Toilets cleaned and sanitized (inside and out)

  • Tubs, showers, and tile cleaned and sanitized

  • Trash emptied and relined

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Laundry & Reset (If Applicable)

  • Used linens and towels laundered or staged (client preference)

  • Fresh towels neatly folded or displayed

  • Laundry area wiped down

  • Supplies restocked (toilet paper, paper towels, soap – if provided)

Final Turnover Touches

  • Entryways tidied

  • Light switches and door handles wiped

  • Property reset and staged for guest arrival

  • Visual walkthrough completed before exit

Important Notes

  • Cleaning is based on turnover scheduling between guest stays

  • Laundry services and supply restocking available upon request

  • Deep cleaning and damage reporting available as add-ons

  • We do not clean higher than what we can safely reach from a 2-foot ladder.

  • We do not clean items located on or over stairways.

  • We do not clean inside curio cabinets.
