When you book online, we’ll review your request. If your preferred date isn’t available, we’ll schedule your cleaning for the next available day and send you a confirmation email.
Your confirmation will include a link to view or manage your booking — you can use that same link to schedule future services.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: Closed (unless previously arranged)
Sunday: Closed
All residential services are scheduled during our standard business hours.
We also offer daytime cleaning for commercial clients during the same hours.
Holidays Closed:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th + 1 day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day + 1 day.
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we’ll automatically reschedule and notify you. If the new date doesn’t work, we’ll gladly adjust.
Scheduling
We do not set exact-time appointments.
Cleanings are scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, based on your location and proximity to other clients.
Please ensure your home is accessible during these hours.
We do our best to accommodate general preferences such as:
Prefers AM
Prefers PM
After 9:00 AM
Must be finished by 3:30 PM
However, we cannot guarantee narrow time windows such as “between 10 and 3.”
Occasionally, our teams may work past 4:30 to complete the day, but we do not schedule cleanings that extend past 5:30 PM.
You’ll receive:
A reminder email 3 days before service
A text reminder 1 day before service
Recurring Service
Our goal is to understand your needs and design a cleaning plan that works best for you.
Initial Visit:
We recommend an on-site visit before starting recurring service, though it’s not required. If we skip the visit, we’ll ensure a team lead or experienced cleaner attends your first service and creates a customized checklist for future cleanings.
First-Time Clean:
Your first cleaning will be a thorough, top-to-bottom service to set the foundation for ongoing maintenance.
Annual Deep Cleans:
We strongly recommend a deep cleaning at least once per year for the best upkeep of your home.
Pricing:
Your rate is based on the size of your home, condition, and cleaning frequency. You can lower costs by skipping certain rooms or areas, which will be reflected in your customized checklist.
Need something extra? If it doesn’t require extra time, leave a note for your team. If it does, please text, call, or email us in advance — additional charges may apply.
Your cleaning will always occur on your assigned day of the week unless rescheduled for holidays or other exceptions.
Move-Out & One-Time Cleans
On-Site Estimate:
Highly recommended, but not required. Our pricing is typically accurate without an on-site visit.
If your home is found to be more soiled than expected, pricing may increase by 20–50%.
Extremely soiled homes require an on-site visit for a custom quote.
Preparation Checklist:
Please ensure the following before your service:
The property is completely vacant and free of debris.
No other contractors or workers are present.
Power and hot water are available.
Trash cans are available for use.
We are not a trash-out service and cannot remove furniture or large amounts of debris.
One-Time Cleans:
One-time cleanings are generally deep cleanings (same as our first-time service).
If your home has been professionally cleaned within the past two months, call or text us — we may be able to adjust pricing.
Our Guarantee
If you’re unhappy with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours.
We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly return within 7 days to re-clean the area in question.
Cancellations, Access & Late Change Fees
Fees apply when you cancel or reschedule too close to your service date, when we cannot access your home, or when payment arrangements are not completed before arrival.
Recurring Service: $75 fee if cancelled or moved within 2 business days
Other services up to $499: 50% of quoted price if cancelled/moved within 3 business days
Other services $500+: 50% of quoted price if cancelled/moved within 5 business days
Why We Charge These Fees:
Last-minute cancellations leave our team with unfilled hours. These fees help us maintain fair pay and a consistent, experienced staff.
No Access Policy:
If our team cannot gain entry (due to lockouts, gate codes, alarms, etc.), a fee will be charged, and your service may be skipped. We accept keys, garage codes, and lockboxes for convenience.
Key Security:
All keys are labeled anonymously and kept in a secure lockbox. Only management has access to the key safe.
Payment
Residential:
Payment is due at the time of service.
You can keep a card on file or pay with cash or check upon arrival.
If no payment is available when we arrive, your service may be cancelled and subject to a late fee.
Commercial:
Invoices are provided, and payment terms can be arranged.
Late Payments:
Balances not paid when due are subject to a 10% late fee and may be sent to collections, including associated fees.
Legal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
We are not liable for normal wear and tear, items in poor repair, or unsecured fixtures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Please notify us of any products or items you do not want cleaned.
No claims for damage or service issues will be accepted more than 24 hours after completion.
Any legal disputes shall be filed and resolved in Ada County, Idaho, under applicable state and federal laws.
What We Don’t Do
While we handle most cleaning tasks, there are a few exceptions for safety and liability reasons:
Move or lift items over 30 lbs
Move large furniture or appliances
Wash full walls (spot cleaning only unless arranged)
Wash light bulbs or fragile fixtures
Clean out fireplaces or wood stoves
Clean biohazards or bodily fluids
Remove old paint or adhesives
Clean above a 3' step-ladder reach
Clean fragile or damaged items
Clean electronic screens (TVs, monitors, etc.)
Our Commitment
To deliver the best cleaning experience possible, our team follows these standards:
We typically work in teams of two or more.
We keep cleaning supplies organized and secure.
We ensure all products are used safely around children and pets.
Pets should be kept in a separate area during service.
All firearms and weapons must be secured.
We do not climb higher than 6 ft. (per OSHA and insurance standards).
We avoid cleaning inside glass cabinets or near antiques.
We start with gentle cleaning products and escalate only as needed.
We wear masks and gloves when using stronger solutions.
We use HEPA-filtered vacuums for optimal air quality.
We respect your home as if it were our own.
