General Areas (All Rooms)

• Cobwebs removed from ceilings, corners, and vents

• Ceiling fans dusted (blades and light fixtures)

• Light fixtures dusted (reachable)

• Blinds dusted (dry method)

• Windowsills, lock ledges, and tracks wiped

• Moldings, trim, and woodwork dusted

• Baseboards dusted

• Doors and door frames spot-cleaned

• Light switches and outlet covers wiped

• Lamps and lampshades dusted

• Pictures, wall décor, and decorative items dusted

• Furniture dusted and lightly polished (as appropriate)

• Upholstered furniture vacuumed (reachable areas)

Kitchen

• Countertops and backsplashes cleaned and sanitized

• Sink scrubbed and polished

• Faucet and handles polished

• Exterior of appliances wiped (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave)

• Inside of microwave cleaned

• Stove top wiped and spot-cleaned

• Control panels and handles wiped

• Top of refrigerator cleaned (if accessible)

• Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned (high-touch areas)

• Table and chairs wiped

• Trash can emptied, relined, and exterior wiped

• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

Bathrooms

• Mirrors cleaned and streak-free

• Countertops cleaned and sanitized

• Sinks scrubbed and polished

• Faucets and fixtures polished

• Toilets cleaned and sanitized (inside, outside, base, and behind)

• Tubs, showers, and tile scrubbed and sanitized

• Shower doors wiped and spot-cleaned

Bedrooms

• Beds made (one set of sheets changed if provided)
